Gap Verification
Gap in the employment tenure, whether good or bad, gives raise to many questions. A gap may not always
be deemed bad. Many suspicions go into the gap during the employment period. Hence it is construed as a
very much necessary phase of the holistic process.
Gap may have occurred owing to the previous organization firing the employee for any reason whatsoever. If
this turns out to be because of the misconduct or anti-company activities, hiring company can probe it
further.
If the candidate has spent few months/years in the legal entanglements, the gap will crop up in the resume.
Company can abstain from hiring such candidates at least until he/she comes clean. The gap may also be due
to health and maternity reasons.
If the gap has occurred due to medical reasons, necessary medical certificates are to be put in place. These
documents are verified by the team at the agency. For reasons otherwise aka legal entanglements a clean
chit is demanded form the candidate.
