Social media has become an integral part of an employee’s life .We seldom find anyone who does not own a social media account. The content in the social media platform mirrors one’s attitude, belief, faith and behavior. Employer may read into these sensible aspects by digging into the social media accounts like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.
